Barista Part Time
Angelo’s Italian Delicatessen is seeking a warm, energetic, and detail-oriented Barista to join our team and help craft a coffee experience that’s as memorable as our meatballs. We’re more than a deli—we’re a tribute to Italian-American heritage, Bethany’s civic pride, and the timeless charm of a New York-style neighborhood café.
What You’ll Do
• Prepare and serve espresso drinks, drip coffee, and Italian specialties with precision and flair
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inspection-ready coffee station
• Engage guests with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality
• Curate and rotate coffee blends, seasonal drinks, and pastry pairings
• Support daily prep, restocking, and closing duties
• Uphold food safety and sanitation standards (training provided)
What We’re Looking For
• Prior barista or food service experience preferred, but not required
• Passion for coffee, customer service, and Italian culture
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Strong attention to detail and pride in presentation
• Willingness to learn, grow, and contribute to a positive workplace
