• Negotiate terms and premiums with clients to find mutually beneficial agreements that meet their needs.
• Manage sales administration tasks, including maintaining client records, processing applications, and following up on policy renewals.
• Utilize analysis skills to assess client risk profiles and recommend suitable insurance products accordingly.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that attract new customers and retain existing ones.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Stay informed about industry regulations such as HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) compliance and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Qualifications
• Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
