Description

"Positive Aging" is the theme for a daylong workshop to be hosted by VillagesOKC on June 20.  This event will allow participants to hear from and ask questions of local experts.  Topics will include:  Brain/Heart Connection, a new look at Food and Fitness, Thrive Anyway even when life is hard, and a short video of the Age of Champrions.
A light lunch is included to this free event.
