Cultivate & Connect: The Impact of Your Values

Description

Your personal values, team values, and organization/company values have an on impact on how you live and lead. Your priorities, decisions, and triggers are often grounded in your values. In this session, participants will reflect on and identify their values, discuss their impact, and consider insights about "core values" at work. In addition to increasing self-awareness, team cohesion, and company vision, participants will gain tips for emotional regulation and interpersonal communication.
