Bridging the Gaps: Developing Soft Skills in a Multi-Generational Workplace
With five generations in the current US Workforce, it's no wonder we sometimes feel conflict. Differing communication styles and expectations can lead to frustration, blocked creativity and reduced productivity.
As a small business owner, Meghan Gordon will share her experiences and the strategies she uses to understand and work with all the members of her team.
