Description
Offering an attractive benefit package is important in today's competitive world of finding and keeping great employees. At this BuILD NW session we'll learn about Insure Oklahoma and how it can help businesses in providing employee Health Insurance. Matt Tipton with Why HR will also share insights on structuring employee benefits.
Starting July 1, 2021, Employee Sponsored Insurance has been expanded to cover individuals with qualifying income up to 200% of the federal poverty level ($53,000 for a family of four).Employees of Small Businesses who enroll in this plan join the premium subsidy program. Regena Carlson with the Oklahoma Health Care Authority will provide more information and answer questions about this program.
